Business Development Internship
Role
A critical element of our business involves finding new business that would benefit from our products and services by demonstrating these benefits to decision makers within the business. Our Business Development candidate will help to organize and streamline the process of finding new leads and qualifying them for the next stage.
As a member of our business development team, you will learn sales strategies and techniques as you assist in various stages of the lead generation process. This includes strategic prospecting, cold-calling, setting appointments, managing leads, and working with the team to increase leads and optimize our sales funnel.
Skills
The candidate we seek will be currently enrolled in a Business or related Bachelors or Masters program.

Web Designer/Developer
Manage Shopify website & develop external plugins.
* Evolve and maintain interfaces, creating unified UI across customer journey (website, online collateral, email templates, app, platform)
* Work closely with Tech Lead to improve UX across customer journey
* Work closely with Design/Marketing to develop creative assets, and maintain seamless branding with online/offline outputs
Responsibilities
* Update Website content; optimize for maximum performance, speed, scalability
* Enforce branding consistency across all interfaces
* Improve UI/UX, and create user-centric experience with Tech’s support
* Define technical requirements and specs for build-outs (e.g. email templates)
* Run A/B tests, optimizations and provide reports on results
* Ad hoc front-end, system management, and design tasks as necessary to support
Requirements
* Strong typographic skills, understanding of branding, and attention to detail
* Design sensibility (Adobe XD, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
* Experience with UI development tools and frameworks (HTML/CSS/JS, SASS, WordPress)
* Knowledge of industry best-practices for various media platforms
* Good sense of humor & a team member
